I’d just heard that unfortunately 3 people have lost their lives to a riptide in Cornwall. England has been having some heavy winds and rain over the past week or two and I guess they just picked the wrong day to go surfing.

It seems the 3 deceased were caught in a riptide, after multiple 999 calls, emergency services came and recovered them from the water. CPR was conducted but unfortunately they were pronounced dead at the hospital.
